Shipping & Returns


  • How much is shipping? We offer free shipping on all Lolo orders within the United States! 
  • Do you ship internationally? At this time, we are US-only. We hope to expand soon and will keep our customers informed of expansion via email and social. 
  • How long will it take to receive my order? Orders are typically processed and shipped within 72 business hours. You will receive an email confirming your order and another with tracking information when your order ships. If you don’t find these in your inbox after placing an order, please check your spam folder.   **If you select and pay for overnight shipping, the order can only be sent with next day air if received on a weekday and before 12 pm CST**

Orders within the contiguous U.S. ship via ground, and typically arrive within 2-5 business days. Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii typically arrive within approximately 4-10 business days. Please note that we cannot guarantee arrival dates and are not responsible for any transit delays or missing packages.

We are happy to accept a return or exchange of unused, unwashed items in the original packaging within 30 days of your order’s arrival.  Simply email to get started.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.  You are responsible for covering return shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund amount since we are generating the shipping label.   

Please note:

  • If the item does not meet the above conditions, we will not refund you. 
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Items marked **Final Sale** cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • You are responsible for covering return shipping costs. 
  • Digital gift card purchases are not eligible for return and have no cash value.
  • Refunds will be made to your method of purchase once we receive and inspect the item, deducting the cost of the return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!
